All orders for Magic: the Gathering singles and product can be picked up at our Mox Boarding House Seattle store located at 5105 Leary Ave NW, Seattle, WA 98107. Our hours are 11 AM to Midnight Monday through Friday, and 10 AM to Midnight on Saturday and Sunday. Please arrive no later than 9:00 PM if picking up your order. Unfortunately, board games purchased through the website are not available for pickup.

We only use personal information collected on our checkout form for order completion and for contacting customers regarding issues with order completion. Refunds are provided for anyone who purchased a ticket to an event which they did not attend. Requests must be issued via email within 7 days after missing the event. For events at Mox Boarding House, email [email protected] For events at Card Kingdom, email [email protected] Please include the full name you used to purchase the ticket in your email and one of our Event Coordinators will help you obtain a refund as soon as possible.
