Does Mox Boarding House buy Magic: The Gathering singles?

Mox Boarding House purchases singles in house from 11:00 AM to 10:30 PM seven days a week and offers cash or an additional 30% premium in store credit.

Do you buy Magic: The Gathering collections?

We are able to purchase singles collections of less than 3,000 cards, which we will evaluate and contact you with a quote. We are not able to accept collections larger than this or ones which include Out of Print sealed product. For larger collections or OOP sealed product, please contact   [email protected] at our Ballard location to set up an appointment to evaluate your collection.

Do you sell Magic: The Gathering singles?

Yes, we do! Simply order the cards that you want from: and come into the store to pick up your cards. Your order will be canceled if it has not been picked up in at least 10 days.

Can I get my singles shipped to my house?

The Mox Boarding House Bellevue location can only accommodate in store pick-ups. If you need your order shipped to you, please visit our main online website:

Can I preorder upcoming Magic: The Gathering sealed product?

At this time Mox Boarding House does not offer pre-orders for sealed product, and we adhere to a first come first served policy.

Are you affiliated with Card Kingdom in Ballard?

Mox Boarding House is the second location created and owned by Card Kingdom Inc.

If I make a purchase at Mox Boarding House, can I return it to Card Kingdom?

You can only make returns at the same location you have purchased the item from.

Do you allow outside food and drink?

No outside food and drinks are allowed in the tournament, retail, or restaurant space.

Do you allow dogs?

Dogs are not allowed in the tournament, retail, or restaurant spaces.

Does the restaurant allow table reservations?

We do not allow table reservations, but if you would like to rent out one of our private rooms for the evening, please visit this link:

Are under-age children allowed in the restaurant?

Yes, all ages are welcome in our restaurant.

Does renting a library game cost money, and can I rent them overnight?

We are happy to provide you with a free board game rental service in our store, however we do not allow overnight game rentals.

Can I pick up my order in person?

All orders for Magic: the Gathering singles and product can be picked up at our Card Kingdom store located at 5105 Leary Ave NW, Seattle, WA 98107.  Our hours are 11 AM to Midnight Monday through Friday, and 10 AM to Midnight on Saturday and Sunday. Please arrive no later than 9:00 PM if picking up your order. Unfortunately, board games purchased through the website are not available for pickup.

What is your privacy policy?

Mox Boarding House takes your privacy very seriously. We only use personal information collected on our checkout form for order completion and for contacting customers regarding issues with order completion. Mox Boarding House will never under any circumstance sell or distribute the email address or personal information of any customer, except as necessary to process your transactions or in those cases where Mox Boarding House believes, in good faith, that there is the possibility of criminal activity, or that such disclosure is necessary to (a) comply with relevant laws or to respond to subpoenas or warrants served on us; or (b) to protect and defend our rights, yours, or those of third parties. In these cases Mox Boarding House may share any such information with Wizards of the Coast, law enforcement agencies, or other relevant groups.

All checkout transactions are conducted via secure sockets layer (SSL) encryption to protect your data. Mox Boarding House does not store customer credit card information on its servers.

What is your return policy for event tickets?

Refunds are provided for anyone who purchased a ticket to an event which they did not attend. Requests must be issued via email within 7 days after missing the event. For events at Mox Boarding House, email [email protected] For events at Card Kingdom, email [email protected] Please include the full name you used to purchase the ticket in your email and one of our Event Coordinators will help you obtain a refund as soon as possible.
