🚫 Final Sale – No Refunds or Exchanges:
- All Magic: The Gathering products
- Blind boxes and other randomized items
- Board games that show signs of use or play
- Discounted items or products marked as “Used”
- Outdated editions of games or books
✅ Eligible for Return or Exchange:
- Unused RPG books
- Unused miniatures (opened packaging may be reviewed at staff discretion)
- Unplayed board games (opened boxes may be reviewed at staff discretion)
All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by proof of purchase within the last 90 days and must have been originally purchased at any Mox Boarding House location.
💳 Refund Method:
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We do not issue cash refunds for credit card transactions.
🛒 Online Orders for In-Store Pickup:
Items ordered through MoxBoardingHouse.com for in-store pickup follow the same return guidelines above. Cancelled items will be refunded to the original payment method.
