    Why are mushrooms good for sustainability? Did you know that it takes 1,799 gallons of water to make 1 lb. of beef but it only takes 1.8 gallons of water to produce 1 lb. of mushrooms? Small changes, like substituting a portion of a beef burger with mushrooms, can really make a difference to our environment.     That’s right! We are offering brunch every weekend until 2pm so you can get your weekly fill of pancakes and Ticket to Ride. The perfect way to unwind after a long, hard, week of work. There is no better way to start your weekend thank with family, friends and eggs. Lets take a look at the delicious new items we have to offer! Eggs Benedict: A classic! Poached eggs, seared Canadian bacon on an English muffin smothered in a rich hollandaise sauce. What a way to fuel up for a day of games. Breakfast Bagel Sliders: These are delicious nuggets of protein. Toasted mini bagels with a cheddar cream sauce, crispy bacon and scrambled eggs.
